Anyone else whiff something strange in the air ??

Those of you with a keen olfactory faculty may just have detected an all too familiar odor in the air of late.

Ok so let me get this straight: Massive new breakthrough in Maddie McCann case – New suspect revealed after years of diligent sleuthing by the world’s finest detectives (according to Clarence Mitchell at least) after an atrociously bungled case (implicit racial slur: a bunch of sleepy dago halfwits) took over a decade and GBP13m + to straighten out we arrive at this:

A seemingly very unpleasant man currently residing in jail in Germany having been given a 7 year sentence for “raping” a 72 year old American grandmother back in 2005 in Praia da Luz is now the Prime Suspect.  He has apparent previous convictions relating to “contact with girls”.  The details are slowly trickling out and are likely to evolve over the next few days but as of now it seems that.

1 The guy was living in and around the Lagos /Luz area for several years up to 2007

2 The guy had his first conviction aged 17 when he was apparently convicted of performing a sexual act in front of a minor - he  also seems to have burgled a house when he  was  15

3 He had numerous relatively minor other convictions relating to driving, drugs (cannabis) and theft from hotels/resorts  etc

4 In 2007 he and his van were investigated by the PJ who concluded he was not involved

5 Just prior to the disappearance of Maddie he seems to have had a 30 minute phone  call picked up on a local (Luz? Transmitter), the other person has been named as Diogo Silva, though it isn't clear whether this is his real name.

6 The day following Maddie’s disappearance he transferred the registration of the old Jaguar car he had been using to someone back in Germany

7 He may have been living with an underaged illegal Kosovo refugee GF at this time

8 In 2016 he was sentenced a year and three  months for "sexually abusing a child in the act of procuring for himself and  possessing child pornography.

9 In 2017 he was sentenced to a year for child abuse.

10 In 2017 on the 10^th Anniversary of Maddie’s disappearance he seems to have been in a  pub in Germany and told someone  when news of Maddie came on the TV  that he  knew what had happened.  There is also some speculation that at this time CB also informed the other man how he had killed Maddie.

11 This seems ultimately to have lead to his conviction on the abuse (possibly rape) of a 72 year old lady back in 2005 including tieing her up, hitting her and forcing her to hand over 100 Euros.  He was sentenced to 7 years (though this is being appealed as apparently he was extradited from Italy on a different change) He is also currently serving time for a minor drugs offence but will very soon be  eligible  for  parole on this  one.

12 In April 2019 in the Maddie Podcast Goncalo Amaral claims that the British police have  decided they will wrap up the case by pinning it on a German sex offender in Luz at the time currently in jail in Germany.

Given the above my view as that though in all probability this guy is a thoroughly unlikable fellow, he is very unlikely to have been involved in Maddie’s disappearance and murder.  Of  course as new information comes out, there maybe something that proves me  wrong but this is my view given what we  know so far.

The most intriguing aspect is that the German Prosecutor claims that hey now know  how Maddie was killed, though they seem to have little  idea  how he  could  actually have pulled off  the  abduction.

My advice to that man involved (CB) is 1 Appoint a competent and media savvy defense lawyer ASAP.  I  presume  CB has zero funds but I  would be  equally confident that there will be  many great defense lawyers who will take  this  case on Pro Bono for the career defining opportunity to make a mockery of the prosecution in front of a global audience.

 

If it were me and assuming that CB is  indeed innocent I would get the Defense  lawyer to give a public  broadcast on my behalf saying that your  name  had been exposed by the German media as  the person referenced  by the Prosecutors statement on 4^th June.  That you are  100% innocent of  anything to do with this  terrible  crime and like everyone  else  fervently hope  that justice  is brought to this  young girl.

Note that you were originally interviewed by the Portuguese police in 2007 who concluded that you had nothing to do with the crime. 

Note that in the Maddie  Podcast Goncalo Amaral publicly stated his firm belief that British police were working on framing  a German national living in the Luz area at the time held  in a German prison on unrelated sex related  charges.

Note that the case turns on the evidence provided by Martin Grimes and his dogs  Eddie and Keela that Cadaverine and human blood was identified  in the Appt 5 a and in the  rental Car hired by the  McCanns at a later date.  That this was confined by a PJ  forensics  team that obtained numerous  samples of human DNA from the two sites  that the dogs had identified.  That this had been tested in the  UK  by a Government run forensics lab whose  revised final analysis  was that though the  samples were consistent with Maddie’s DNA but the samples  were in such small quantities and complex that it was not possible to provide a conclusive  answer that would be admissible  in an EU  Court.

Note that Dr Mark Perlin CEO of the leading DNA forensic analysis company Cybergenetics has offered to retest the data set from the  DNA  collected by the PJ and provided to the FSS and now  believed to be in the  hands of Scotland Yard.  Dr Perlin has stated that he is highly confident that the use of modern DNA analysis techniques is likely to be able to resolve the identity of the person whose DNA has been collected.

In the interest of justice both for Maddie and for  yourself you request and ask the German Prosecutor also to request that Scotland Yard provide the DNA data set  be copied to Cybergenetics and whichever other DNA forensics lab the Prosecutor deems appropriate so that the crucial question of whether Maddie is likely to have died in Appt 5a can finally be  resolved.  In the  event that the DNA  data has been lost, destroyed etc you respectfully request that the Head of the Metropolitan Police make a full report to the House of parliament as to what exactly has happened to the  DNA sample and  why has  its  loss/destruction not been reported to date.

Finally your  client would  like to state that he  is  in good  physical and mental  heath  and  has  no  intention whatso ever of  committing  suicide and requests  that should  he  die  in mysterious  circumstances a full investigation should  be  carried  out.

 

I think  a  move  such as  this  would well and truly put the cat among the  pigeons.
